Compass vs Skywest
Just wanted to get some thoughts. I've been on the freight side of things for awhile but looking for a change.
Looking at Compass or Skywest.
I want to be in the Midwest area but not a stranger of commuting
So which one would be better overall?
Thanks in advance

Compass has about 700ish pilots and 7 lifer pilots. LAX is very junior with no reserve. SEA is also junior for the moment but is also pretty small. MSP is senior for now but over time will turn junior with the vast majority of the new hires being from or living west coast and as the MSP pilots move on.
Upgrade times are hard to determine at CPZ right now since the flow pilots are all gone. Normal attrition will continue just like every other regional airline (hiring hasn't stopped and won't stop) so don't get too caught up in the fact that the "guaranteed" movement at compass is no longer.
Pick your poison and I think you'll be as happy as you can be at a regional.
