These seem low! Not very competitive in today’s market. Curious to see what the numbers are in a company based on number of employees, total sales and assets.

Remember, the figures are purposely low. Why would respondents writing the paychecks want to disseminate a larger number? They wouldn’t, because it costs them money.
The quality of part 135 and corporate pilots has taken a major fall recently because of the salaries at the majors. Strong pilots leaving for greener pastures.
Part 135 and corporate is still extremely underpaid. And until the talent pool dries up or a few more incidences or accidents happen, it doesn’t appear to be a concern yet.
My guess is that you’ll start to see training contracts appear if they haven’t already.
