I don't work there. However, I know people that have as pilots and flight attendants for them. I have had an offer to work for them. To answer your questions:
QOL - Non Existant (They are always short of pilots and contunually hiring - What do you think that means if you fly for them)

Pay - Not what it should be

Pilots Happy - Not really (Again, They are always short of pilots and contunually hiring - What do you think that means if you fly for them)

If thats not enough, ASPEN. Look up Aspen + avjet. Regardless of who the reports say, lots of pressure to get the mission completed.

The owner could care less about the employees, hes only concerned with making money.

Well....Having first hand experience with the company, I would say that you missed the mark completly. As far as charter goes, its the best outfit in southern California.
QOL- They are always looking for pilots because they are growing.
Pay- They're one of the best paying 135 opertators that I know of.
Pilots happy- I would say, in general most of the pilots are quite happy.

Avjet is one of the best charter operators on the West coast. They expect a lot but also give back $$$. I flew for them and several other 135 operators out west. If you want a company to stay away from, well Trans Executive Air Service comes to mind. GO TO AVJET!!!

Wow. This is what I've begun to think. I have been through the interview process, and they have left me the WORST possible impression.
Hey, Easy, could you give an impression of your experience there? I need to make a decision soon.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The culture and company are so dysfunctional it is scary. They are heading for another accident. I would stay as far from this operation as possible. Your gut feeling is serving you well, listen to that inner voice. I am fortunate to have made it out with my life not mention getting a violation.

Hey, Easy: I wish I could talk with you about this, but I'll guess you cannot do PM's for another 6 posts. Could you throw out a few random posts so that I can PM you?

Kdub, I have moved on and can only share my experience as noted. You are playing with fire when considering a position with this organization. I strongly advise you to pass this offer and seek employment elsewhere. From one professional to another you will be asked to compromise your dignity, professionalism, integrity, and safety. DON'T GO DOWN THIS ROAD!!! ((PLEASE))!!
