I've been sitting at home for everything but 7 days in the past month (and even then, no overnights). Starting to get a bit stir crazy! A nice 4 day trip should get that out of my system!

Unfortunately no where exciting... just had day 1 of my 4 day cancelled, so still sitting at home... tomorrow we go Roanoke to Abingdon, VA (15 min flight) to Peoria, IL (overnight), then back to Abingdon (overnight), then Jacksonville, FL, back to Peoria and ferry the plane to MX in Greensboro, NC (then drive 1.5 back home...)

The ever exciting life of a corporate driver!

Default nice !

I'll second that boys ! As much as I like to complain about the fact that we're all underpaid, under-appreciated and overworked, I think we all have to remind ourselves from time to time that wer're the luckiest folks on earth ! Getting paid to fly--forgetta 'bout it !

I'll trade ya!

I get about 2 days a week with no flying. Most days are 3-4 leg out and backs, with a 1-2 day overnight once a week. I did 600 hours last year, and the department did over 1000 with one airplane and 4 pilots.

The airplane never breaks and it never sits for more than 18 hours it seems. I'd love a slow month...or a slow week for that matter.

I think I'd rather be on my 3rd day with no flight, wishing I could go somewhere than to be on my 3rd L.A. and back trip in a week, wishing I could do something when I got home other than get my clothes ready for the next flight tomorrow.

Remember you can fly a ton, or just a little but they pay you the same, soooooo....

Nope.

Just an ordinary corporate Learjet for a company that likes to be everywhere.
