Whats up with GLN???
Has anyone here worked with GLN lately? Our department purchased an MMEL program recently and have not heard from them since. There mailbox is full and they wont return emails. They owe me money and have not delivered two purchased items. Somebody Help!!!

We had the same problem with GLN Compliance. We ordered the MEL, NEF, and the RVSM books for two new aircraft. We had been using another company. When we finally got the books from GLN they were pretty good, but getting them to return calls was very frustrating. I would not us them again. When I finally was able to get someone to answer the phone I refused to let them put me on hold for fear of getting dropped. Good luck.

Glad that you were able to get them. I am not sure, but I suspect that their empolyees actually work out of their homes. This may be why it is so difficult to get them. I too called them crooks and then changed my mind when I finally got the books. Customer service seems to be their problem.
