Default flex and net jets

Does anyone know if pilots for FlexJet and NetJets have to come in and do some maintenance or aircraft cleaning as part of their flying duties? Also, I checked out their pay chart and on it, it has the word “cola.” What exactly does it mean?

You leave the interior of the airplane as clean as you can for the next crew, that's as far as it goes. You don't wash the plane.

Mechanics do maintenance.

If you're talking about additional duties on days off, doesn't happen.

COLA is a "cost of living adjustment".

Thanks for the reply EXTW. By the way, do you fly for either one of the two?

if you go to flexjets get ready to sign a healthy contract for about 24k and they expect you to have good credit & be stupid enough to sign that beware
