Anyone here have any experience with them? Pay, schedules, etc.. The website says they are in VNY, OAK, CRQ, LAS, and PHX.

I have a friend who works for TWC. He has been very impressed the entire time. He encourages me to check their website often. Most of the opportunities seem to be in Socal, but they have expanded.

Looking forward to hearing other thoughts.

I worked there for three and a half years. I was company check airman and flew the CL601 and Ga1159 for them. I can honestly say they are an above average on demand charter company. They have a great managment team except for one guy. He is the number two guy there. He promises every pilot that are going to recieve the world and them stabs them in the back on the way out. The pay was below average when the economy was strong but they never lowered their pay (unlike most charter companies) so they are above average now. There is no schedule, just 13 days per quarter (just like the FAR's say). I would go back if the right opportunity presented itself.

Looking at a captain position with this management group, has anyone got any insight to their corporate culture? Is it all dependent upon which account you are on, (as most are). Do they skim off the top on pilot salaries that clients pay directly? How are benefits? Appreciate the info. Ps don,t hold back.

Really!?!? None has any info on this management company? Already did a thread search, not much scoop. Any current employees, or past employees would be a great help. Looking at moving the family for this one.

What would be the right opportunity?? Do you mean fly for the right client, which they manage? And no killer grab all that you can 135? Trying to get a feel

I flew for many years at this company. They are the utmost professionals. I would work for them again in a heartbeat. Just remember it is a on-demand 135 charter company. On-demand being the key words. The company culture is great, management is sharp and the aircraft are maintained great. Just remember it is a world of difference from the airline world.

I was completely misinformed when I wrote this thread, I would take it back if I could.

I was with another management company that was absorbed by TWC. After a few teething pains from the merger (understandable in just about any merger/takeover), I have been impressed with TWC. Just like most management companies, it probably depends more on the aircraft owner then the management company, but I have been impressed with assistance I have received from TWC. I have not been second guessed in any decision. For me it has been a positive experience.
