Last time I talked to their chief pilot, they had let people go due to slow business... but I guess that's been 9 months ago. I've heard the owner has been hard to work for (very demanding, no slack) in the past, but that he's mellowed out. I don't know how many days off people get but I get the idea it's not many and other than that, you're on call 24/7.

Sounds like your typical 135 bottom half operation to me.
