Log Book Disaster

Long story short:

I had no intention of being a career pilot, but some recent events may change my career and I want to have a back up plan, (aviation)
I just do it for fun.
I have 3 logbooks and a cycle log with 1000hrs of E-90 time.
Is there a company who repairs and organizes log books?
I have very little time and would like to pay a professional to update and organize my log book.
Is there anyone who does this?
Or should I just buck up and do it?
Yes I'm a lazy ass :)

NC Software, who makes logbook pro has a data entry service. Ship them your logbooks, they'll enter all the data and send them back.

I used the NC Software's data entry service a few years ago, for my similar circumstances, and it worked out great. Keep in mind, that it is going to return to you in a database, that will be used on their proprietary logbook software "Logbook Pro". I find it to be the best logbook software money can buy. I now make my entries onto my iPhone or iPad, and it wirelessly syncs to my master logbook at home.

Great!
The only problem is that in the cycle log I didn't record night, IMC, etc..
I'm sure LBP won't take it upon themselves to guesstimate the amount of IMC, Night, Ect.. flying I did and log that for me?
I guess I might as well just do it myself.

I would suggest having them digitize your logbooks, then when you get them back, they will be collated, and you can then go back and fix/add any of the times you need to.

Best out there

Logbook Pro is hands down the best service out there. Customer service is prompt and complete.

One major problem point with NC Software is they have a history of changing their software licenses - i.e. they now charge a monthly fee to access the Schedule Importer that many of us purchased access to years ago.

For that specific reason, I would not recommend their product.

Not sure you can even do that. In general it is assumed that roughly 10% of your total time is IMC. With that being said, I am almost positive you cant just go back into your flights and insert a little IMC here or a little night there.

Depending on where you want to fly professionally no one will care about your night or IMC anyway. Very few companies have an IMC requirement that I know of besides NetJets. Just explain why its not in there and start fresh in the new log.
