Any GIV guys: can a GIVSP make it Paris non stop to Teterboro year round?

Yes it can year-round. If the winds are not too bad you might even do Munich/Zurich-TEB. I've actually done that a few times... I did Fargo-AMS last year, that was about 8.8 (my longest)

If I'm not mistaken, the G-IV, and 757-200 have about the same range

You can probably even do that at high speed cruise, I know we can in the 450 and the 4sp is only a little less range but almost the same airplane with a newer more effecient FADEC.
