I worked at Rectrix doing flight ops. (non-flying) for a few years, I would avoid this place at all cost. I noticed they were hiring pilots and got all excited for a second then reminded myself of how bad they are. HUGE risk going there.

I know someone who works there. They fly about 26 days a month. They also do a lot of medical runs.

Can you give more details? Is that person based up north or do they live in SRQ? Gone on overnights most of the month? Time off?

Sorry so many Q's. Maybe you could badger the person you know for us

Had a good buddy of mine go here and he flew a Lear 45. He left after 2 months due to the horrible schedule, as said he was on the road about 27 days in a month and little days off.

11B Flyer must be one of the morons who worked in HYA in 2011 - Matt perhaps? If so, he doesn't have a clue about safety and morals. Something we actually pride ourselves in. And BTW - We are doing excellent. We actually love our pilots and are hiring a lot more.

Any updates over the past year on them? Researching some other forums seems to show they have a pretty decent pilot compensation package between pay and benefits but no one's really elaborated on the schedule or type of flying and quality of life of the pilots there. Sounds like they're currently looking for some LR45 crews.
