EWR is reporting a lot of "wind damage"... sounds like the winds did more damage than the flooding there...

and because the general public is not affected, they're not reporting much on TEB and MMU, but I assume those two airports got the same punishment as EWR did

it sounds like they're under a bit a water at TEB right now with the airport to remain closed for the near future, though I haven't seen any pics. The Meridian ramp was under about 2ft after Irene so I imagine this will be similar if not worse.

We have received an update from Teterboro/TEB tower reference the operational capabilities at this time. They are as follows //

The airport is operational and both runways are available (daylight only).

The airport is currently daylight only as the runway lights are out of service. They don’t expect the lights to be operational by nighttime today.

There are some taxiways that are still closed however approximately 80 percent of the taxiways are open.

The localizer for Runway 19 is operational.

We’ve been told the majority of the FBOs are open. We strongly advise that operators contact their FBO of choice to confirm their operational status.

It would take quite a storm to flood HPN-it's 439, MSL and probably 60' above Rye Lake

Things started to return to normal today. TEB did flood but I am told the waters receded quickly. I saw pictures of parking lots full of very expensive cars that were underwater the day after the storm.
