-Looking for direct operating costs for a SR-20 and SR-22 (2000-2003)
-Insurance & Maintenance costs
-Dispatch reliability, etc.
I'm looking at using a SR-20 or a SR-22 for corporate/business use, flight instruction, dry rental/lease, tours, charters, and fractional ownerships.
Any advice and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

These guys may be able to help.

I used them for some bigger ones, but make sure to add in things like overhaul reserve cost, fluids, maint, inspections, tie-down/hangar, hull insurance, capital cost and subtracting estimated selling cost, training/recurrent flight costs, etc.
If you want the short version, go look up what most places are charging for SR20 and SR22 rentals. Odds are the prices won't be far off, "profit" for an FBO or flight school is usually not much. So if it costs $150 to rent a certain aircraft, you'll have a hard time operating it yourself for much below that (given the maintenance breaks that schools often get, and so on).
