I looked into it back when I was looking for a job a few years ago ('08-'10), but at the time they had stopped hiring and weren't looking to hire in the near future. Guess the 'near future' is over! This comes from a guy who is very happy with the job/company, but he would say that it is a good job.
Good luck if you apply and let us know how it goes or what you find out.
Edit:
Here is a link to the thread I started back in '08.
Another user posted a link that had a job description amd some other details that might give you some information.

Corporate Aviation
If you fill out your Delta application online and do nothing else should you really expect to compete with the multitude of other candidates that have developed “sponsors “on the mainline?
Getting a job on the Corporate aviation side of the house is no different…..

There are legitimate competitive hiring practices that go well beyond some insider only selection process as you suggest in business aviation. Like most things in life the more effort you put into networking and understanding what an employer is really is looking for dramatically increases your odds of winning the job.

Most large corporate flight departments do this, it's a normal practice in this market segment. If an ad actually stayed up it would be the exception and probably indicative of personnel problems in the flight department. How they really find their pilots is anybody's guess, most likely through pilots they already have. It sure isn't through public ads.
