I wouldn't celebrate yet. I will believe it when I see it. Congress has to pass it.

It is not mentioned AT ALL in the current COVID-19 relief bill discussions, which, not surprisingly, Congress has not agreed on yet. They have set a deadline of COB Friday 08-7.

I'm surprised at the level of support for this. It really looks like our lobbying dollars are paying off. I've watched the banks get bailed out about 5 times since '87. It is never fair when that happens and this isn't fair either but at least this time some normal people are getting something.
