In July/Aug with 60-70k cases, we "should have seen" upwards of 4-5000deaths if you compare it to April/May (can you hear that NY?)

So either the remedies are better... OR

As it stands in the minds of most rational people... This "oh so dangerous" spike will not increase deaths by any appreciable amount... CNN can lick a nut sack, and in 21 days the media will have another story to spin about one of two people winning the election.

This past week alone we've seen a few trending stories concerning the Vid..

Lockdowns don't work
Masks (especially cloth ones) are questionable in their effectiveness..

As predicted by many.. the closer the election gets, the more stories will be coming out concerning the great Covid debate.

I’m 100% against lockdowns, but that does require the selfish idiots among us to wear masks in certain places. Also, the increased cases are absolutely a big deal and already leading to increased hospitalization rates in Colorado.

Not sure it’s wise to put faith in mask efficacy. The good news is the virus seems to be much less deadly than before and herd immunity will eventually occur. How much humans want to fight nature and destroy themselves in the process still seems to be unsettled.

Belgium made face masks mandatory on August.

Effective September 23 they removed the face mask mandate in most places. During the mask mandate Belgium went from approximately 400 cases per day to over 6,000 cases per day.
