I do know the FDA is saying not to take any form of ivermectin, and I find it ironic that people will see a doctor to not get an approved vaccine for Covid, but they will inquire about parasite treatment medication which is nowhere approved to take to treat or cure Covid. If folks like ol Red Forman on here cant see the hypocrisy with that, some are beyond help so I say enjoy the parasite treatment!

Winning reason. They are taking it based on what they believe to be an alternative to the FDA approved vaccine. And the reason why people mention horse dewormer is because there are many documented cases of people taking the animal grade version because they can’t get/find/be prescribed the human version. As I said, I personally know someone using the animal grade and they aren’t alone.
People refused to take the vaccine because it wasn’t FDA approved but then ignore that same FDAs warning on taking ivermectin. It’s picking and choosing what’s convenient for their narrative.
“It’s been around a long time”
“It’s founders won a Nobel prize”
“It’s not the animal version of the drug”
None of this has anything to do with the fact the FDA has not approved this drug as a treatment for Covid and sure as heck hasn’t recommended it over vaccination.

It’s because, like everything these days, it became a political football. And people are too entrenched in their tribalism to think for themselves. This goes to both sides of the aisle. News media has really jacked our country up. Any one who thinks fox or cnn is giving them the “truth” is an absolute fool.
