I've been in gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and casinos that still require their employees to wear them. I think a lot of it depends on what part of the country they're in. It definitely seems to be going away quickly.

i think this is accurate. Masks are a symbol of safety for many. Even if the federal mandate goes away I think most companies will still require it for crews and a few will probably require it for pax. It’s insane how much psychological damage has been done to this country since March 2020.

Masks are fine if you want to wear them. At this point, get the vaccine, or take your chances. Frankly I'd rather see something closer to what the cruise industry is doing. While not banning unvaccinated, making it obnoxious for those that go that route while getting the rest of the world back to normal.

It’s cute how many people think everyone is really complying with masks on planes. I’ve witnessed several people wearing mesh style masks that look like the “required kind” of mask. I even saw someone board with one of those disposable medical masks. Just before take off once all the FAs took a seat he took it off and replaced it with a mesh mask. I knew as he was sitting in row ahead and to to the right of me. It’s time for this mask order to end.
