Summary:

1. The FDA approved version, Comirnaty, is not available in the USA.

2. Pfizer is authorized to market their distinct EUA drug as Comirnaty, and it may have the same composition, but it is still sold and administered under the EUA.

3. Phizer will gain additional liability protection when Comirnaty is fully approved for children. Until that happens the EUA gives them better protection. They are only pushing the drug on kids as a way to reduce their liability for the fully approved drug.

To understand how this is all intertwined with hold harmless/liability/tort relief you need to go back to 1986. Specifically the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). The source is the Congressional Record and US Archives. You can go look at it there.

NCVIA was created ostensibly to act as a liability shield for pharmaceutical companies. In the 1970s they were getting the crap sued out of them and as a result many decided to exit the vaccine business all together. Congress sought a way to limit the amounts of awards from lawsuits and provide some level of protection and redress for the recipients of "mandated" vaccines while simultaneously shielding vaccine manufacturers so they wouldn't all jump out of producing vaccines.


NCVIA gave birth to VAERS. VAERS is codified in Law, I've told you and others this for months. Yet you chose to listen to the lies Maddow and CNN tell you. They don't want to tell you that VAERS is codified in Federal Law because that goes against the narrative that VAERS data is "fake, made up and non-vetted data". All of which is false. You need to read the NCVIA.

NCVIA also created, By Law, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and the National Vaccine Program Office. Trump nuked the National Vaccine Program office in 2019. So whats left is VAERS and NVICP.

More to follow on WHY the VAERS data must be policed and kept accurate. Hint: in order for the pharma companies to be afforded tort protections of NCVIA, they must comply with inquiries as to the veracity of the reports submitted in VAERS. Basically the numbers in VAERS have been agreed to by the pharma companies.

While I admit it is very easy to jump to conclusions - I'd be careful assuming intent. There is no disputing anything you said up until your last sentence, which may be true - but how do you know? I think that is what is so interesting about the recent interview on a certain podcast with Dr. Malone - he was very careful to never assume intent. Here's the facts. Here is what they did. These are the consequences. Absolutely ask the question though. Pfizer - are you pushing the EUA drugs now to avoid liability?

Back in my flight school days I had in internship working on a project that became super political... I still remember the direct supervisor of several of the guys in our office being quoted on national TV (CNN) wildly out of context and selectively edited to make it look like he was saying exactly opposite of what he was trying to say. Anyone who watched the live interview and then the commentary/highlights minutes later would have to have the short term memory of a goldfish to trust anything that was said. Being personally involved it left a pretty ugly impression. I've been wary of anything they've said ever since. Today its so hard to know who to trust - The first thing I look for in any article is their references. If it doesn't have a primary source its junk. If its interesting - I read their source material before getting worked up or sharing. The article FADEC quoted is backed by verifiable source material. Good enough for me!
