Well....the previous AE results (much smaller than the May MOAB) posted on Feb 21 but projected training/conversion didn't post till March 10th so I wouldn't expect the MOAB to post for 3 weeks or so. Maybe next Tues/Weds...

Recently posted in iCrew that the AE training dates will be released NLT 30 June

John Bell's spreadsheet is very impressive. If the company implementation of the electronic flight plan is anything like the one on his website it will be a revolutionary improvement.

Youngest Delta Captain is 27 years old. It was 44 when the latest hiring wave started. Brave New World.

Who do you talk to about being pay protected when someone junior to you has been converted before you? Some 7ER FOs have been bypassed on the 330 training because of critical manning for the summer. The company is going ahead and training other noncritical FOs ahead. Is one pay protected at the junior persons Sim start date, Sim end date or when finishing OE?

None of the above.

If you read the contract you will see in 22.E.9 that pay protection is based on conversion date.

Thanks. Got it. Depends on when the person finished his sims. Before or after the 16th of the month. So a projected 22 final Sim means not converted till next month.

Yup....you got it.

Now, if someone junior to you from your AE is converted before you into the same category, you will start collecting the higher pay rate on the junior pilot's conversion date even though you are in your current category. There will be some B7ER FOs getting paid A320 Capt pay this summer (and probably getting G/S pay at the A320 Capt rate to fly B7ER trips).

When are you calculating the latest hiring wave started?

-17 years over 3 years time...

So does that mean that at this rate, most of our captains WILL be in diapers within 5 years?
