Cowan IDs Toxic C44 Leadership
#1
A damning indictment of De Rosa's and Martin's "leadership" from interim rep Dave Cowan, a top-notch guy.
Looks like the problem is those two.

Somewhere along the way a mentor taught me that mostly you don't get to pick who you work with, you have to learn how to work with those you are in a group with.
There was a note earlier that said the 44 Captains have found a third person they can't work with in my FO rep peer. Why leave me out? It has been clear from the first day that the captains really wish I wasn't there.
When the new guy or guys are elected, I will spend the time and effort to give them as much mentoring as my limited experience and knowledge allows.......and any effort at all will vastly exceed what effort was made in my direction. That is, I was shown a stone wall, and more bricks have been added. If this is the face of the council my predecessors faced their failure was assured.
I have travelled a bit, and been in a number of diverse organizations. I cannot recall being shunned quite this strongly before. So mark me down as the another FO Sam and Scott "can't work with." That appears be starting to become a badge of honor it would seem.
Normally, I'd avoid such a broad statement as this, but I've seen FO Payne just thrown under the bus in a campaign ad timed to not be rebuttable due to Herndon's time delay in bulk email. I suppose neither of us make particular good lapdogs. So Be It.
