Default Who will bid C Series and where?

Post a rough wag of your seniority number and if you would bid it.

I'm just above #12,000

I would bid top 15% B in NYC or LAX and hope for the VB in DFW.

Anyone else?

So anyone else read the latest crew resources info on the C series and the possibility of two bases opening at once, one base and one virtual base or just one base leaning toward NYC. This is going to get interesting.

I'm hoping displaced 88A's who don't relish the thought of being the plugs in the NYC 320A/73NA categories bid it -- and create some vacancies.*

Around 12,400. I'd bid A only on the west coast and nothing B. Don't even think I'd be the plug on the A side.

They can't open a virtual base at the same time as the first base. The first base has to be established before a virtual base bid can go out.

Either NYC or LAX,I bet captain goes down to 7500-8000, FO goes down to 13000-13500.

I think the B's will go to 13500's. I think the A's will be in the 11000's. Maybe higher if it's NYC. I'm in the 12300's and won't bid it till it comes to ATL and I can be in the top 30%. (Probably never because I'll be able to hold WB by then) 😂

Does crew resources know that? They sure sounded like they were considering opening the VB at the same time as one base as one of the COA's... but I wasn't an English major.

They could. AE results come out, training schedule comes out, VB bid comes out. By the time you hit the line you could be doing it in a VB. Not to say they would, but they could.
