Hoping to get the non jumpseat stuff back up ASAP. It’s going to take a little time to disentangle everything. Will post here when it’s back up.
That's good news! It's a nice product you guys provide!

I assume that rather than taking the hint that their site is needlessly cumbersome and streamlining the process on their own, Lufthansa (or whoever runs id90) is just going to shoot down the innovations in the name of security and leave the status quo alone...

I was thinking the same thing.

FlightCrewTools dude(s) can you elaborate by chance on the reason behind the shutdown request? No worries if not.

Yes. Absolutely.

All future charges have been stopped, and we are going to process refunds for all subscriptions ASAP, as mentioned on the site’s homepage.

All subscribers will also get an email explanation as soon as I can get it out. On a trip now and this came up suddenly - it may take me a few days to fully unwind everything and get a useful email out.

If you don’t see your refund in the next 7 days, or have any billing questions, send us an email and I will take care of it personally: [email protected]

Is it true you are operating this site out of Panama and when MyIDTravel found out they pulled the plug?

None of the above.

Your domain registrar that you used to register the domain, however, does use Panama as their contact address. That is probably where Panama comes into play.
