Saw a pilot with one in the ATL international lounge.

Male Delta fas are allowed to sport a man bun?! I find that hard to believe it would be compliant with their uniform policy.

It's why I started wearing my hat again, I may go to the Johnny Weir look in the Spring.

I can't take anyone seriously with a man bun, it is everything I have not to laugh in their face. The only exception are sumo wrestlers.



But seriously, DAL allows this crap but they don't allow well kept facial hair?! :confused:

The sissies who wear those things today are not in the same league as Sumo or Samurai (who actually didn't have buns but a cut tail often).

If the company that hires you allows you to free style with their appearance policy, go for it.

There’s nothing here about sensitivity. I genuinely want to know why anyone cares. It’s not on your head, no one forces you to stare at it. Why bother to make a post trying to trash something that one does not necessarily like?

I don’t like pink hair, but I don’t give anyone a hard time for doing what they want with their own body.

The man bun, like regular b.o., grossly overweight, or other personal slovenliness is more a barameter of the personal attitude towards life.

Not caring how you look isn’t a barometer of personal attitude, but a trendy, modern hairstyle (even if it makes old people upset) is?

I would say being 50 lbs over weight like 70% of the captains I fly with, is more of a disgrace than a man bun would be.

If you have a big “I have no self control, but I think I’m awesome” belly than you should feel more embarrassed than any man bun FA
