Default Wife to Paris.

I'm sure its been covered before, but here goes. The wife wants to join me to Paris. Were laying over at the Novotel Eiffel Tower.
-Assume she cant ride into city with us, whats her best/easiest way in?
-How about the return. Is there enough time for her if she rides with us?

Thanks

Train, and a divorce attorney after a night at the Novotel.

Probably the easiest way is for her to get a cab. There is a lineup in front of the terminal. There are also a bunch of non licensed bandits (for want of a better word) trying to get you to ride with them. Only get a licensed cab.

Thought he was asking about Paris, not JFK. 🤣

Why would you ride with your coworkers and not your wife to the hotel?

Default Train isn’t bad

If traveling with the wife I would recommend get a cab or (I would do this) coordinate a private transportation company.

Train works great! I just did this past week between Paris & CDG. Follow signs from baggage claim and will cost 20.60 Euro for two tickets

You can now exit and go with her. Choices are train, AirFrance bus or cab. If you take the train/metro you will beat the crew to the hotel on a weekday. Make sure you know which hotel. Some of the Novotel layovers have been moved to the Hyatt. Bid package is not always correct. If you are leaving on a weekend just have her ride the bus with you. If a weekday you can check if there is a crew bus leaving a bit earlier. They cut off non rev checkin 90 minutes prior. Cabs are fixed price to and from the airport not metered.

When did they start the "you can't leave the crew, must stay on bus" for Paris arrivals? I missed the memo. Always love the bag drag through a mostly abandoned customs office and back onto the bus after the 10 hour flight.
