Every time someone asks for a wind check, they change the ATIS letter in DTW.

I tolerated terrible rides all weekend and never said a word to ATC, the pax, or the flight attendants. I wouldn't want anyone online to think I'm uncool and/or (paradoxically) unaware of the intricacies of the AIM.

Great. Gotta go pull out the Google translator to figure out what you said here.

It really lightly chops me up when y'all use grammar and spelling.

I tell them it's windshear and then give them the definition. In my long PA. That stops their movies.

I'm actually feeling bad for the OP, Groundchuck or something like that, emasculated, shrinkage.

So I think I might start telling ATC and the passengers how the ride is per the flight weather viewer app.

It's a 34 and in 17 minutes it will be a 43, so we will be moving down to Flight Level 350 where it will be a 31 and in 42 minutes it should be 10.

The atmosphere is stability challenged, with mass vector diversity. :p

I thought that's how they decided when to turn on/off all those silly ground frequencies.
