No, it's still not relevant. The discussion is about what the airline would buy, not what passengers like more than others. We are still buying the same tube so obviously it is not relevant to the company's decision.

People only complain when comparing it to a wider aircraft. They seem perfectly fine with it on SWA and Alaska. They also seem to prefer it to any of the RJs.

Alaska consistently has some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings. Tube size does not seem critical.
