I flew with an FO who was hired at Delta 4 years from their 1st ever private flight. The FO had 2 of the "big 3" HR qualities which probably had something to do with it. The FO did a great job in spite of how little time they had flying airplanes.

Bert Sampson 01-21-2019 05:26 AM

What are the Big 3 HR qualities?
I know one is to not answer your cell phone during the inerview.
(Apparently, it did happen.)
I also know that one should not answer it during taxi on an OE ride.
