Default Bring your cold weather gear

If you have a trip that touches the Midwest in the next few days you’d better bring your cold weather gear.

Low temps to -20 and below with wind chills to -50. Crazy cold! Exposed skin frostbite in just a few minutes.

Don’t know how the rampers do it.

When it’s 98 with 90% humidity in the south in August we don’t call it summer. We just call it Fing hot!

Went into ANC one night, pulled into the gate. They said leave the engines running.

I hear the walleye bite is on at lake of the Woods! Did you know they open an igloo bar on the lake ice? Yes you can sit in the bar enjoying a drink while fishing through a hole in the ice at the same time!
Embrace the brrr!

Low of -29 and high of -15 in Twin Cities on Wednesday. We go below zero tomorrow and don’t come out of it until Friday. We call it January.

The crazy thing is I will see people on fat tire bikes and maybe even some people running this week. Minnesotans are strange
