The current scheduling committee does however believe it’s ok to use RAP’s for international crew duty extensions when nothing in the contract allows for it.

The current scheduling committee does not disagree with that statement. That was an errant interpretation by the previous scheduling committee chairman. The FAR is very clear.

Hopefully it sounds like its been corrected and the previous wrong advice is no longer being used.
