I don't care either way but it would be an extremely tough sell explaining to 51% of the pilot group or the employee group in general why we shouldn't get half in October before holidays etc. There may be a very few with circumstantial needs who may benefit from the all in Feb method, but that's got to be very, very few.

Not to mention the fact, as you did, that no one cares even if it did. Yes, they might have to adjust withdrawal %’s online and hurt their wrist. |
I’ll take it early, got a bunch of near term expenses it would help out with immensely.
