Default Mortgage VOE “salary”

Hey guys, for those of you who have had a mortgage underwritten recently, what comes back from the work number on your salary? 65 hours, a yearly average, or ALV-2 if you bid reserve?

Usually you can use your W-2 and two previous pay stubs. If you are trying to stretch, you can take some excerpts out of the contract and get a letter written by Pilot Assist.

Mine had YTD and previous year.
The total amount including PS.
Delta shows that as regular salary.

No hours or breakdown just a number.

Been a while but I went with a company that was familiar with airline flying and had a copy of our contract. That was very helpful especially as I was on first year pay.

I believe they wanted a paystub or two.
