I plan on voting to give up profit sharing in exchange for 60% FAE. We gave up our 60/FAE in exchange for PS when we were chapter 11...but I do not want it anymore. Besides the only reason the non-union employees have PS is because the pilots got it first.

No thank you, and not an option anyway

There are countless new hires who want every retiring Delta pilot to have a livable retirement and make gains for you.

What would you think of your post if you were a new hire?

I guess you attended the Sol and Tom show on how to not get retirement improvements by dumping on the vast majority of our seniority list.

Well, there was a guy on here a few years ago who was adamant that we should, "Monetize" PS.

Can't make this stuff up.

He wasn’t alone. He and friends are on Facebook attempting to lower expectations for management and spread fear, uncertainty and doubt.

Luckily after their:

“We won’t get one penny more”

And

“PEB, PEB, PEB!”

Everyone just laughs at them and feels sorry for them.

Fortunately this will never be an option for you.

You, sir, win the internet today. I spit coffee through my nose. I haven't seen a troll like this since that woman told that other woman we should eat our babies!

But this is right up there with that. Hat tip to you, sir!
