Using the same login and password that I always use and on my first Login attempt it says I have been locked out for two many incorrect login attempts?

Anyone have any ideas? Seems pretty weird since it’s a generic Delta login. I called Delta IT and they were no help.

Anyone come across this issue before?

the folks over at Compass have been locking the entire airline out the last week and a half. I'm not sure the fix, but I would clear cache, try a different browser. Just don't be the guy to lock out half the airline from commuting

OK but it said I was locked out as a generic Delta log in, never got to my ID.

When that happened to me I called Mecca and got some guy in Ireland who changed my password. Smooth now.

I just logged in with the usual DL login no problem

yea this is the problem Compass was having. Seems to be on MYIDtravels end? Not sure, I just logged into the Delta Generic no problem.

Very weird. It happened on my IPad via Safari so I tried my phone same result, locked out. I switched to Chrome on my IPad, cleared cache and bingo I’m in. I suspect a issue with google since that would explain it was carrying over to my phone.

If in doubt clear cache, reboot, try different browsers.
