F me once...shame on you. F me twice...shame on me! If they won't even entertain SILs, then they must not be hurting THAT bad. Something should be better than nothing, right? It's not like they didn't give the noncons a raise already while refusing to even negotiate our contract prior to this situation. "Something for nothing" shouldn't be mindset. Hold the line!

Cash preservation is important but not making non-coms mad is more importanter.

Let’s not act like they just want us to leave so they can pocket the free cash they just got without getting into trouble.

They could always have a secondary offering of shares to raise capital. Share price will sink.. but I don't own delta stock.

I vote that EB, JL, et al. take a voluntary unpaid LOA.

I think EB is sacrificing JL. The road he’s on, no way he keeps that job when this is over.

Very strange hill for him to choose to die on...I don’t understand why they are still pretending the grant money is supposed to cover all expenses when it’s meant to just cover payroll

Yeah, they act like that’s delta’s money, that money is earmarked for and belongs to the employees.
