Agree Denny, this MOAD is all about the FUD. Rattle some cages and see where we fall out.

My bid has 350, 330, 765 and nothing else. I think they will end up cancelling this thing and running another one anyway.

We should play the game and jack up there commodore 64. See how that suits them. Everyone bid 350, 330, 765 and nothing else. Watch that little R2 melt down in BS's office.

Wouldnt that only work for those that can hold those categories? Doesn’t it give the company a big, blank check to put everyone else anywhere they want?

Actually, everyone should forget about the 765 bid.....not worth your time, too small category, only a few destinations, etc....:D

But wait! I was told if the flight attendants would just get a union which codified everything via a working agreement , then.......nothing bad could ever happen. What gives?

Oh, I see. DALFA told me who is to blame..."The company is ignoring DALPA and doing whatever they want (outside of the contract of course) and then they turn around and make the pilots out to be the greedy ones because of their union and because so few took unpaid leaves." Let's burn it down!!!

Well, DALFA will make a good comm chairperson when the FA's get a union:cool:

if everyone did that, the company would simply award displacements in accordance with the PWA ladder in 22.B. You’re not screwing anything up

Really? There is no need for any displacements? There will be no furloughs?

I hope you are right. Color me doubtful

Probably, but it's going to melt the computer trying to figure it out. That's the goal. Stress our fine IT backbone to the limit (which doesn't take much as you know)

the software likely already has the 22.b ladder built in as a shadow bid anyway. I think you’re really overselling your impact.

Of course there will be, later down the road, right now they are looking for concessions out of us for the "pandemic contract" EB has talked about. Haven't you been paying attention to the pacing of their messaging? Probably not. You're a little slow on the uptake anyway - should play it a 1/2 speed for you next time.

There are going to be multiple "displacement" bids from now to EOY.
