My guess for the junior A is ~8k as well.

I’m biasing toward the 98xx because I think QOL and commutability or drive to work will make the WB B positions go way senior. I don’t think we’ll see a linear distribution at all. I’m 63xx and I’ll take a WB B before commuting for an NB A. Was a time not too long ago it took 12yrs to get to WB B

EB said that the costal bases would be built up after the interior bases. We also know that many categories are going to go unfilled. For those reasons, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the junior captain in DTW717 or SLC220, 8,000ish seniority.
