You’re ATL based right (I assume since you can’t OOBYS)? It falls under normal commute guidelines.

DTW based. You can't OOB YS? I thought I read in 23N and O you could It references "Out of base long call reserve pilots"

Those are for scheduling to use when utilizing OOB reserves. There’s no OOB YS template.

Agreed, 100%.

Assuming the airline survives (I give us one chance in three), this is best looked at as a glorious summer. An entire summer off, with paychecks?

Already lost 20 lbs, and after some initial friction, wife and I are getting along great, and that 3 week backpacking trip I've wanted since college graduation is about to become a reality. The $$$ cost is a bit high ($150k++ in lost income with the downgrade, no bonuses, and wage stagnation), but I agree...make the most of it, if your finances allow.

Why worry about what you can't possibly control?

You’re saying there’s a 67% chance Delta ceases to exist? Hot take.

Snort!

When you put it that way, I've somehow become wildly optimistic.

Math: revealing truths you'd least expect.
