I say 450 will take it unless they make it bankrupt proof. Then it could be much higher,

how do you make something BK proof? that is a pitfall of BK is no contract is "BK proof" unless spelled out that way in law (student loan debt)

I think DL exec's have too much incentive not to go through BK in the next couple of years that if we did go to BK it would be after the duration of this EO ( post 9/11 BK was not til 2005 right)

I would say that nothing has changed in the 30+ years I have been here. The "young guns" (not eligible) think they would leave if given a good reason(50%). In other words," somebody else is always getting a good deal at my expense". The guys that eventually get towards the better seniority numbers go "WTF....I have endured multiple setbacks, now that I am at the top I'm staying"
For such a small sample, it seems to basically say, the "young guns" are naive. Not a jab, not meant to insult, just an observation from being here and also having raised a coupla kids. YMMV ( I have other possibilities, but none that I feel that are as likely)

Im willing to bet that anyone over 62 not taking this deal is probably already on my no fly list.

It may be hard for you to understand, but it is possible that you would be on theirs. They have probably raised kids and are tired of the petulance.

Is that possible in your world?
