I will give it a go!

Recall System... It is an outdated pain but the positive is no nuisance messages that need to be cleared. High dispatch reliability.

The plane is loud, but every jet has hot mic. David Clark Pro X is most commonly used headset. $750

Frost on top of the wing...havent encountered frost from cold soaked fuel yet but if it's within a certain area marked on the wing we're good to go no deice

Climate control works fine. Set AAA or ATT and adjust from there.

900 has one technique... Don't land below Vref.

Forward galley? We're not FAs

FO bag situation is a major pain on the 900. Especially when your bag is buried behind all the FAs. 800 is not bad. Similar to 717/88.

I flew the CRJ at the regionals. 737 cockpit is substantially bigger.

Toilet seat won't stay up... Really? [emoji23]

You obviously haven't been flying the 737 for long then!!! Needless de-icing happens ALL THE TIME. Even in pre summer and pre fall months in places you would never expect it. And BTW, it's almost never ALL within "the box".

It doesn't matter what you do with the climate control... if you are a passenger on the -900 it WILL be hellishly hot in the back during the summer for sure!!

The only reason there aren't more MEL's is because the recall POS almost never works right so you never know what is NOT working correctly.

Don’t forget that there are other criteria beyond where the Frost is located. In my experience, CSFF that you could legitimately ignore was pretty rare.

I’ve flown every model from the -100 through the -900ER. The bane of Master Caution system, I found was the Cap remaining stuck causing the light to remain illuminated. The cure was remove the Cap, clean out the grit… and problem solved. Although, I’ve had Caps fly out of the panel due to energetic springs. Usually disappear to the abyss in the cockpit… never to be retrieved until the next heavy check.

Now from the NG on up, I’ve had more nuisance PSEU warnings after engine start. Now that’s a Rube Goldberg system.

Its time to remove the gasper cutoff features. The last 1/3 of the plane should have all of them forced open full, middle can block 1 or 2 and the front can stay as is. They can still be articulated to not blow directly on you. An entire cabin boiling hot is too high a price to pay because a few people freak out over the feeling of 2 mph of air movement.

If you want cool air, gotta pay for that comfort plus upgrade! Otherwise enjoy sweating in basic economy suckers.

Sadly not even all of EC is the same temperature. That doesn’t prevent a pilot from having the FA clarify which row they need the temperature adjusted, and on which side…

Mane said needless Deicing happens all the time. That statement is an exaggeration. It happens here and there but certainly not all the time.
