Isn’t it on a quarterly basis? I thought money was set aide into PS by the quarter per the contract. Regardless of annual performance, we should see the 3Q and 4Q profits in the PS payout. Not a lot but a couple of bills?

Profit sharing is based on Calendar year profits. The company for accounting reasons sets aside money on a quarterly basis. At the end of the year regardless of the set aside if there is not a yearly profit there is no profit sharing.

There are and have been writeoffs/writedowns of previous investments but I don't think those have an effect on the profit sharing formula.
