Update on my pay issue in a reserve month with IQ training.
Ended up doing 5 crew assist pay inquiries. All 5 closed out without resolution. ( A mix of we calculated it correctly, to routed to the wrong person, to don’t know). Each crew assist case I included a detailed break down of how my reserve guarantee was supposed to be calculated as well as copies of the page in SRH that shows how to do the calculations and a link to the online calculator that does the calculation for you. I even showed the CPO time cards of guys I’m going thru training with that bid reserve and got paid correctly. In the end was told, sorry we all thinks it’s correct. Beyond frustrating, compounded by the fact that I have no visibility on who’s actually making these calls and can’t talk to them to explain what’s going on. Submitted an STS, hopefully the union can get it straightened out several months from now. |

Did anyone receive an email from the company about reroute pay adjustment shortage? They mentioned certain pilots have been shorted and I’m an affected pilot, but I don’t know where to look to see how much. They said all the pilots pay will pay out April 15th.

As fangs wrote, it’s a pay inquiry. Jetstream is what the company facing side is called.
Now I'm struggling with why any of us should care or use what the company internally calls a "pay inquiry". As far as I am aware, an explanation of "Jetstream" appears nowhere in any document that I'm privy to. I just want to be paid correctly. |
