Update on my pay issue in a reserve month with IQ training.

Ended up doing 5 crew assist pay inquiries. All 5 closed out without resolution. ( A mix of we calculated it correctly, to routed to the wrong person, to don’t know). Each crew assist case I included a detailed break down of how my reserve guarantee was supposed to be calculated as well as copies of the page in SRH that shows how to do the calculations and a link to the online calculator that does the calculation for you. I even showed the CPO time cards of guys I’m going thru training with that bid reserve and got paid correctly.

In the end was told, sorry we all thinks it’s correct.

Beyond frustrating, compounded by the fact that I have no visibility on who’s actually making these calls and can’t talk to them to explain what’s going on.

Submitted an STS, hopefully the union can get it straightened out several months from now.

When the union gets you paid don’t forget to FCR that the pay specialists are wrong and need to be retrained.

sure did. Kinda funny how the whole email was centered on pay transparency, and then there wasn’t anything in the email about how/when this happened, or where to look to figure out how much I’m owed. “Trust me bro, we got it right this time.”

WTAF???? And the CPO backed them up??? That is truly unbelievable. I've had success with an FCR after failing with Crew Assist, FWIW. I might also file a pre-grievance - contact your Rep. That has its own weight. In fact, I might contact RG directly. As in, go stand on his desk (with your Rep, that is). No joke. That's totally unacceptable violation of black and white contractual language. There is no grey.

Yeah, I would demand an apology too. Totally unacceptable.

As fangs wrote, it’s a pay inquiry. Jetstream is what the company facing side is called.

I'm glad I can finally put a thing to this nomenclature. I had no idea what "Jetstream" was either, but I see it tossed around here and there and always wondered WTF people were talking about.

Now I'm struggling with why any of us should care or use what the company internally calls a "pay inquiry". As far as I am aware, an explanation of "Jetstream" appears nowhere in any document that I'm privy to. I just want to be paid correctly.
