Uniform survey

There is a link to a new uniform survey on the flight ops page. I had high hopes for the single breasted option but it seems to button kind of high to me. Maybe some of our more stylish influencers can give input and get it changed before it goes final.

The new jacket looks like my RJ jacket from 24 years ago

I want to wear one of those military onesies, with white socks. Like NASCAR. And we wear patches.

I know the pilot in the picture personally (been several years, but still). He is not a large man, and they somehow made him look like an alcoholic with a beach ball sized beer gut and inflatable arms.

At the very least they could have tailored the suit on their model before a photo shoot.

Only if velcro New Balance are an option as well.

I like the question “if both the single-breasted and double-breasted jackets are available which would you buy?”
a. Single b.Double c.Both….no option for neither or for a triple-breasted
I quit the survey at that question so I don’t know what else was asked.

Softshell

It would sure be nice if they would completely switch it around and go with the soft shell jacket. Much nicer looking in my opinion and would avoid wrinkles for the commuters out there. And maybe instead of the hat, they could require people to wear a beanie ;)

I am personally not going to buy another jacket. I have three years to go and this one will work juuuuuuust fine until then.

What a water sandwich! Other than the jacket, no real change.
It always amazes me to see the how the private jet guys dress when we have them aboard. Much more casual/comfortable and they are hauling around much higher value customers than we are. We dress like Captain Edward Smith to haul pax in leggings, bikini tops and pajamas.

"This flight brought to you by Credit Card X!" (actually already more true than most passengers know)
