I had changed to street clothes. I was warm in my polo. The captain standing near me had the coat on and didn’t look comfortable.

Wearing long sleeves in summer while we do the walk-around in Miami or DH on the plane where the Capt doesn't get the APU running until D-10? Ugh - no thanks. I'm making plenty of coin - I'll look like the Maytag man all day long to be comfortable and make these levels of pay.

The Maytag man would kill to make what you make.

Ummm... Delta's customer base is pretty premium and well dressed for the most part. Have you ever ventured over to SWA/Frontier/Spirit gates? It's like a whole different world

True, our customers have name brand leggings, bikini tops and pajamas.

We don’t wear a suit to work, we wear a uniform.

If Star Trek has taught us anything, it’s that uniforms are allowed to change. Also, that time travel is problematic.
