tunes addressed this, those that worked past 1/1/20 and since retired will get back pay. Unsure if pilot passed away how that pays but retired pilots should get retro if I understood him correctly.

if that is true it is palatable. The pay increases are weak, and the LCP pay is a slap in the face if it isn't retroactive, but that won't matter. 75-25 easily

​​​​​​​it probably isn’t retroactive but I’m guessing will be included in the pay calculation for our retro check.
