If Delta is forced to throw some coin at a handful of pilots who happen to currently be the weakest link in their scheme to run a subcontracted airline that pays disrespectfully low wages and in some cases (flight attendants) poverty wages, while raking in millions in profit they’ll do it.

Yes, their 12 year capt rate is $130/ hour. Curious if there is any stipulation on contract servitude length or other stipulations on that bonus. Realistically $200, 000 amortized over 1 year(1000 hrs) would bring them ALL the way up to a whopping $150 hour BFD

I anticipate the majors soon will pull the final arrow out of their quiver. Bring all (or most all) the flying back into the mainline. Give everybody seniority numbers.

The endeavor pilots will have to take a pay cut, albeit small, to come over to our CRJ rates if we swept them up into Ma Delta.

GoJet is on the edge of shutting down due to a lack of captains. I think this is a last ditch effort to keep airplanes flying. If unsuccessful (I don't think they will be) they will shut down.
