Finding the same. Clicked the link and followed the steps in the email. When I get to "My Accounts" as instructed in the email I have a tile for a Dental PPO Policy from 2019 (cancelled) and one for Auto and Home Insurance (which I don't nor have I ever had through MetLife) but no tile for Life Insurance like it states in the email. Very confusing.

Did mine today on the iPad. No problems but they make you go through the motions on the investment elections.
