It took me over an hour. Very clunky process. Lots of steering towards the investment elections (it's still saying my "enrollment is not complete.") No way to select additonal coverarage. I had to fish around for a confirmation page.
Definitely not ready for prime-time. But not surprising. |

I selected additional coverage, via Benefits Direct, during open enrollment and have completed my EOI exam.

Update: I went back and fussed with again today. The process worked as described in the email. You select how much you want to contribute to the investment portion or you select to decline investment. Even if you select to decline investment portion you are still forced to make elections. Enter beneficiary info and acknowledge the legal mumbo jumbo and you're done.

Since they make it really hard to find, here are the expense ratios for the investment funds:
There's nothing too extreme, but nothing really exciting either. Is the website making anyone else print off, sign, and mail in an enrollment form to finish? |

I just e-signed at the end of the process to complete it. You can then save a pdf of the whole package if you desire but I saw no requirement to print or mail anything.
When I clicked on the alert banner it took me to the beginning of the signup process. That is definitely not right. - Bo |
