Finding the same. Clicked the link and followed the steps in the email. When I get to "My Accounts" as instructed in the email I have a tile for a Dental PPO Policy from 2019 (cancelled) and one for Auto and Home Insurance (which I don't nor have I ever had through MetLife) but no tile for Life Insurance like it states in the email. Very confusing.

Glad I'm not alone on this! Same for me yesterday, got the email, clicked on the authentication link, got the Ping authentication, then....nada.

I was using the Safari browser on my company tablet. Anyone have luck using Chrome or Edge?
