Also it was ahead of AA’s 2025 rates on their TA their BOD turned down. And neither of those agreements came anywhere close to the retro we got.

with everyone getting at least 18% and about half our pilot group getting 20%+ DOS, combined with all the soft pay increases this TA will bring, it’s really hard to actually believe we “fumbled” on pay.

I don’t think coming in 10% higher than Alaska is the flex you think it is. That is actually fairly pathetic if true. Is that all we beat them by really? Didn’t they beat us this year in PS?

who would I rather compare to when Alaska had previously established the highest 737 pay in the US? United’s TA? Beat that by more than 10%. AAs AIP? Beat that by about 8%. Not to mention the pay banding that will bring almost half of DL pilots up by more than those numbers and the soft pay that should increase our earnings outside pay rates.

Pay stubs for PS are available on Self Service.

Is this a “made you look” joke like “AE results are out?” Cause mine’s not there.

Maybe they decided to rerun the profit sharing results because they didn’t like the way it looked the first time.

Yes. You always get a Company DC on your PS payout and according to the ALPA podcast, the "bonus" payment we get if the TA passes will count toward any PS we get for 2023. So.. IF we do get PS the formula will be PS = x% * (Flt Pay + Flight Advance + "Bonus"). Your Company DC on that will be 17% of whatever your PS number is.

Whoops. It was the 1/13 paystub. Apologies to all.

Same. Mine showed today with my banks early pay.

Is it the amount the profit sharing calculator had or is it different? Sounds like it should be slightly more 5.57 vs 5 percent.
